Clients often remark on the lovely atmosphere within the Salon and the fact that everyone works so well together. there is always lots of laughter at Mint as well as fabulous hair & Beauty.

Having been in the Industry for 30 years, Michelle opened Mint Salon in 2007. Passionate about providing an excellent service whilst making sure her Salon has a warm and welcoming environment, she has worked hard to establish Mint Salon as the place to go for all your Hair & Beauty needs.
A busy working Mum, Michelle understands how important it is for the average person to get that all important 'me time'.
Michelle specializes in Curly Hair, cutting hair using the Curl by Curl method and offers a wide range of bespoke appointments for people wanting to embrace their natural curls. She is able to rejuvenate any Curl type whether it be Waves, Curls or Coils.

Senior Stylist
Rachel joined Mint in 2009 as our Saturday girl but soon fell in love with the art of hairdressing and started an Apprenticeship with us.
She has now been one of our senior stylists for over 10 years and is a hugely integral member of Team Mint.
Rachel is a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work. Colouring hair is one of her favourite things to do and she also specialises in Zen tape extensions.
With her cheerful persona she is very popular with both staff & clients.

Salon Manager & Senior Stylist
Lois has been with us at Mint Salon since starting as a Saturday girl and has worked her way up to Salon Manager.
Lois has an instinctive flair for colouring and her amazing big bouncy Blowdrys are fast becoming legendary. Bubbly and friendly with Lois you will instantly feel at ease and know your hair is in expert hands.

Senior Stylist
Natalie has been in the Industry for 25 years and has been at Mint since we opened in 2007. An integral part of the Mint family she is a highly skilled Cutter and is happiest when she has a Restyle or Precision cut to do. Friendly and Chatty she is a Popular and busy member of our Team.

Claire Thomas
Claire has been the Owner and Therapist at The Beauty Spot situated within Mint Salon since the opening in 2007. Offering a wide range of treatments, it is a spot of tranquility tucked away in the Salon where you can relax, refresh and rejuvenate.
Susan joined Mint having spent 26 years in a fast customer service orientated industry. Susan brings the Salons friendly ethos to life both in person at The Front of House and on the telephone. Susan enjoys nothing more than ensuring our clients receive the very best attention during their visit and is a font of all knowledge on all things Mint.
